Lead

I just got a reminder for a bi-monthly meeting with my boss tomorrow.  The last meeting we had, she conducted my one-year evaluation (glowing, and done a full week early) and then quietly cried as she told me she was resigning.

She wasn't perfect, for sure.  But I will forever be grateful for the example she set and the faith she had in me and my abilities.  I miss her leadership (and her candy bowl) a little bit every day.
